We are seeking a delivery-ready Freelance Corporate Trainer with proven Negotiation & Influence capability for assignments connected to Bangkok, Thailand, and broader Asia.

Position Summary

This scheduled role is suited to a delivery-focused trainer with hands-on Negotiation & Influence credibility and experience working with managers, team leads, and client-facing professionals in Bangkok, Thailand, and across Asia. The work centres on practical application, learner confidence, and helping clients improve communication quality, influence, and stakeholder alignment in the workplace.

The requirement is centred on delivery quality, participant engagement, and the ability to align learning interventions with organisational priorities. Client-facing credibility will matter throughout the engagement.

Delivery is expected to take place in a In-Person format, with the engagement currently framed as Short Series support.

What Success Looks Like

• Support participants with examples, clarifications, and implementation guidance that reduce the gap between theory and day-to-day application.
• Refine materials where needed so the programme remains current, usable, and appropriate for the target audience.
• Adapt delivery to the client brief, participant seniority, and the sector context without losing clarity or pace.
• Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
• Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make Negotiation & Influence content easier to apply after the session.
• Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.

Who This Would Suit

Clear subject-matter credibility in Negotiation & Influence; prior exposure to multinational or enterprise audiences; excellent facilitation, coaching instincts, and the ability to use examples, role-play, and feedback effectively; confident supporting learners with practical examples, tools, and Q&A.

Best suited to professionals with backgrounds in business communication, presentation, facilitation, or stakeholder management programmes, ideally with experience working with multinational clients or enterprise teams in Asia.

• Proven subject-matter credibility in Negotiation & Influence with evidence of practical business or corporate application.
• Availability for project-based work linked to Bangkok, Thailand, and wider Asia where relevant.
• Good judgement around pacing, audience engagement, and the balance between technical depth and usability.
