Beijing Conflict Management Capability Building Specialist

We are building our pool of trusted professionals for Conflict Management delivery and are now seeking a strong Capability Building Specialist for client needs connected to Beijing and Asia.

Brief Overview

The role is intended for trainers who can move comfortably between subject expertise, stakeholder discussion, and practical learner application. Sessions should remain relevant to real workplace use rather than abstract theory.

We are building our pool of trusted specialist trainers for Conflict Management assignments across Asia. The role would suit a practitioner who can tailor content to client context, learner level, and business objectives while helping clients improve communication quality, influence, and stakeholder alignment in the workplace.

Core Responsibilities

Delivery is expected to take place in a In-Person format, with the engagement currently framed as One-Off Assignment support.

  • Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make Conflict Management content easier to apply after the session.
  • Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
  • Deliver structured Conflict Management training sessions for client teams linked to Beijing and wider Asia.
  • Maintain strong session control, learner engagement, and professional delivery standards across preparation and live facilitation.
  • Coordinate effectively with client stakeholders and internal contacts on objectives, timelines, and expected learner outcomes.
  • Translate complex ideas into practical guidance, examples, and decision-making frameworks that participants can use in the workplace.

Candidate Background

Hands-on credibility in Conflict Management; experience facilitating learning for business teams; excellent facilitation, coaching instincts, and the ability to use examples, role-play, and feedback effectively; able to adapt delivery style, examples, and exercises to different participant groups.

  • A professional background that supports credibility with enterprise, multinational, or client-facing training audiences.
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills, including the ability to explain complex material in a clear and applied way.
  • Confidence working with client stakeholders and adjusting delivery to different business contexts, sectors, and learner groups.
  • Previous experience delivering training, workshops, facilitation, coaching, or advisory work for professional audiences.

A good fit for independent trainers, consultants, or internal capability specialists whose background includes business communication, presentation, facilitation, or stakeholder management programmes in corporate or enterprise environments.
