• Translate complex ideas into practical guidance, examples, and decision-making frameworks that participants can use in the workplace.

Candidate Background

Demonstrable expertise in Business Technology; confidence running workshops, training, or advisory sessions for corporate audiences; strong technical credibility, the ability to simplify complex concepts, and confidence working with mixed audiences; comfortable working in in-person environments.

• Strong communication and facilitation skills, including the ability to explain complex material in a clear and applied way.
• Confidence working with client stakeholders and adjusting delivery to different business contexts, sectors, and learner groups.
• Previous experience delivering training, workshops, facilitation, coaching, or advisory work for professional audiences.
• Proven subject-matter credibility in Business Technology with evidence of practical business or corporate application.
