Business Writing & Global Communication Workshop Facilitator – Kathmandu

Assignment Overview

This scheduled role is suited to a delivery-focused facilitator with hands-on Business Writing & Global Communication credibility and experience working with international teams, managers, and professional learners across Asia. Delivery Scope

  • Support participants with examples, clarifications, and implementation guidance that reduce the gap between theory and day-to-day application.
  • Refine materials where needed so the programme remains current, usable, and appropriate for the target audience.
  • Adapt delivery to the client brief, participant seniority, and the sector context without losing clarity or pace.
  • Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
  • Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make Business Writing & Global Communication content easier to apply after the session.
  • Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.

Candidate Profile

Clear subject-matter credibility in Business Writing & Global Communication; prior exposure to multinational or enterprise audiences; excellent communication quality, learner sensitivity, and experience supporting business communication improvement; confident supporting learners with practical examples, tools, and Q&A.

Best suited to professionals with backgrounds in corporate language training, international communication, or workplace English programmes, ideally with experience working with multinational clients or enterprise teams in Asia.

  • Proven subject-matter credibility in Business Writing & Global Communication with evidence of practical business or corporate application.
  • Availability for project-based work linked to Kathmandu, Nepal, and wider Asia where relevant.
  • Good judgement around pacing, audience engagement, and the balance between technical depth and usability.
