Ultimahub is expanding its trainer network for Cybersecurity Awareness and is looking for a credible Capability Building Specialist who can support assignments linked to Colombo and wider regional demand.

Position Summary

The role is intended for trainers who can move comfortably between subject expertise, stakeholder discussion, and practical learner application. Sessions should remain relevant to real workplace use rather than abstract theory.

This scheduled role is suited to a delivery-focused specialist trainer with hands-on Cybersecurity Awareness credibility and experience working with technical teams, business stakeholders, and project users in Colombo, Sri Lanka, and across Asia. The work centres on practical application, learner confidence, and helping clients support technical enablement, systems confidence, and cross-functional adoption.

What Success Looks Like

Delivery is expected to take place in a Hybrid format, with the engagement currently framed as Short Series support.

• Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make Cybersecurity Awareness content easier to apply after the session.
• Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
• Deliver structured Cybersecurity Awareness training sessions for client teams linked to Colombo and wider Asia.
• Maintain strong session control, learner engagement, and professional delivery standards across preparation and live facilitation.
• Coordinate effectively with client stakeholders and internal contacts on objectives, timelines, and expected learner outcomes.
• Translate complex ideas into practical guidance, examples, and decision-making frameworks that participants can use in the workplace.
