Ultimahub is expanding its trainer network for Design Thinking & Innovation and is looking for a credible Capability Building Specialist who can support assignments linked to Bangkok and wider regional demand.

Role Overview

We are building our pool of trusted specialist trainers for Design Thinking & Innovation assignments across Asia. The role would suit a practitioner who can tailor content to client context, learner level, and business objectives while helping clients support senior decision-making, transformation, and strategic leadership capability.

The assignment requires a trainer who can structure material clearly, manage professional audiences confidently, and adapt delivery to different sectors, teams, and levels of experience.

What You Will Support

• Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
• Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make Design Thinking & Innovation content easier to apply after the session.
• Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
• Deliver structured Design Thinking & Innovation training sessions for client teams linked to Bangkok and wider Asia.
• Maintain strong session control, learner engagement, and professional delivery standards across preparation and live facilitation.

What We Are Looking For

• Availability for project-based work linked to Bangkok, Thailand, and wider Asia where relevant.
• Good judgement around pacing, audience engagement, and the balance between technical depth and usability.
• Comfort operating in Hybrid settings and handling the logistical realities of live corporate delivery.
• A professional background that supports credibility with enterprise, multinational, or client-facing training audiences.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills, including the ability to explain complex material in a clear and applied way.

Hands-on credibility in Design Thinking & Innovation; experience facilitating learning for business teams; senior-level credibility, strategic judgment, and the ability to facilitate thoughtful discussion with experienced professionals; able to adapt delivery style, examples, and exercises to different participant groups.

A good fit for independent trainers, consultants, or internal capability specialists whose background includes strategy, transformation, executive capability, or senior leadership advisory work in corporate or enterprise environments.
