Client demand in Executive Presence continues to develop, and we are adding capable Capability Building Specialist profiles for work tied to Johor Bahru and regional corporate teams.

Role Overview

The assignment requires a trainer who can structure material clearly, manage professional audiences confidently, and adapt delivery to different sectors, teams, and levels of experience.

We are building our pool of trusted specialist trainers for Executive Presence assignments across Asia. The role would suit a practitioner who can tailor content to client context, learner level, and business objectives while helping clients support senior decision-making, transformation, and strategic leadership capability.

What You Will Support

The expected delivery mode for this brief is Hybrid, and the role should be approached as a Short Series requirement.

  • Translate complex ideas into practical guidance, examples, and decision-making frameworks that participants can use in the workplace.
  • Support participants with examples, clarifications, and implementation guidance that reduce the gap between theory and day-to-day application.
  • Refine materials where needed so the programme remains current, usable, and appropriate for the target audience.
  • Adapt delivery to the client brief, participant seniority, and the sector context without losing clarity or pace.
  • Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
  • Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make Executive Presence content easier to apply after the session.

What We Are Looking For

Hands-on credibility in Executive Presence; experience facilitating learning for business teams; senior-level credibility, strategic judgment, and the ability to facilitate thoughtful discussion with experienced professionals; able to adapt delivery style, examples, and exercises to different participant groups.

  • Strong communication and facilitation skills, including the ability to explain complex material in a clear and applied way.
  • Confidence working with client stakeholders and adjusting delivery to different business contexts, sectors, and learner groups.
  • Previous experience delivering training, workshops, facilitation, coaching, or advisory work for professional audiences.
  • Proven subject-matter credibility in Executive Presence with evidence of practical business or corporate application.
