Client demand in Cross-Cultural Leadership continues to develop, and we are adding capable Capability Building Specialist profiles for work tied to Ulaanbaatar and regional corporate teams.
Role Overview
This opportunity is best suited to practitioners who can deliver credible learning interventions while maintaining pace, clarity, and client trust across live sessions and preparation stages.
We are building our pool of trusted specialist trainers for Cross-Cultural Leadership assignments in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, and across Asia. The role would suit a practitioner who can tailor content to client context, learner level, and business objectives while helping clients build stronger people managers and more effective team leadership.
What You Will Support
The expected delivery mode for this brief is In-Person, and the role should be approached as a Multi-Session Programme requirement.
- Adapt delivery to the client brief, participant seniority, and the sector context without losing clarity or pace.
- Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
- Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make Cross-Cultural Leadership content easier to apply after the session.
- Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
- Deliver structured Cross-Cultural Leadership training sessions for client teams linked to Ulaanbaatar and wider Asia.
- Maintain strong session control, learner engagement, and professional delivery standards across preparation and live facilitation.
What We Are Looking For
Hands-on credibility in Cross-Cultural Leadership; experience facilitating learning for business teams; credible management experience, facilitation maturity, and strong behavioural coaching capability; able to adapt delivery style, examples, and exercises to different participant groups.
- Comfort operating in In-Person settings and handling the logistical realities of live corporate delivery.
- A professional background that supports credibility with enterprise, multinational, or client-facing training audiences.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills, including the ability to explain complex material in a clear and applied way.
- Confidence working with client stakeholders and adjusting delivery to different business contexts, sectors, and learner groups.
A good fit for independent trainers, consultants, or internal capability specialists whose background includes people management, manager capability, team leadership, or change leadership in corporate or enterprise environments.
