This opportunity is targeted at a strong specialist trainer with proven Data Analytics expertise and experience supporting professional staff, reporting teams, and business users in Colombo, Sri Lanka, and across Asia. The brief focuses on practical delivery, stakeholder alignment, and high-quality learner engagement.

What You Will Support

Delivery is expected to take place in a In-Person format, with the engagement currently framed as Multi-Session Programme support.

• Support participants with examples, clarifications, and implementation guidance that reduce the gap between theory and day-to-day application.
• Refine materials where needed so the programme remains current, usable, and appropriate for the target audience.
• Adapt delivery to the client brief, participant seniority, and the sector context without losing clarity or pace.
• Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
• Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make Data Analytics content easier to apply after the session.
• Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.

What We Are Looking For

Demonstrable expertise in Data Analytics; confidence running workshops, training, or advisory sessions for corporate audiences; hands-on capability, demonstration-led delivery, and the ability to build learner confidence through practice; comfortable working in in-person environments.

• Confidence working with client stakeholders and adjusting delivery to different business contexts, sectors, and learner groups.
• Previous experience delivering training, workshops, facilitation, coaching, or advisory work for professional audiences.
• Proven subject-matter credibility in Data Analytics with evidence of practical business or corporate application.
• Availability for project-based work linked to Colombo, Sri Lanka, and wider Asia where relevant.

Ideal candidates will have worked across Excel, analytics, reporting, Microsoft 365, or digital productivity programmes, with the credibility to engage client stakeholders and deliver practical learning outcomes for business audiences.
