Capability Building Specialist for Data Privacy – Fuzhou

Client demand in Data Privacy continues to develop, and we are adding capable Capability Building Specialist profiles for work tied to Fuzhou and regional corporate teams.

Position Summary

We expect this work to suit trainers who are organised, responsive, and comfortable shaping delivery around business context, participant maturity, and operational realities.

This scheduled role is suited to a delivery-focused specialist trainer with hands-on Data Privacy credibility and experience working with regulated teams, managers, and corporate employees in Fuzhou, China, and across Asia. The work centres on practical application, learner confidence, and helping clients strengthen awareness, control discipline, and day-to-day compliance behaviour.

What Success Looks Like

Delivery is expected to take place in a In-Person format, with the engagement currently framed as Multi-Session Programme support.

  • Adapt delivery to the client brief, participant seniority, and the sector context without losing clarity or pace.
  • Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
  • Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make Data Privacy content easier to apply after the session.
  • Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
  • Deliver structured Data Privacy training sessions for client teams linked to Fuzhou and wider Asia.
  • Maintain strong session control, learner engagement, and professional delivery standards across preparation and live facilitation.

Who This Would Suit

Clear subject-matter credibility in Data Privacy; prior exposure to multinational or enterprise audiences; strong command of policy-driven content, risk themes, and practical behaviour-based learning design; confident supporting learners with practical examples, tools, and Q&A.

  • Availability for project-based work linked to Fuzhou, China, and wider Asia where relevant.
  • Good judgement around pacing, audience engagement, and the balance between technical depth and usability.
  • Comfort operating in In-Person settings and handling the logistical realities of live corporate delivery.
  • A professional background that supports credibility with enterprise, multinational, or client-facing training audiences.

Best suited to professionals with backgrounds in compliance, risk, governance, ethics, or regulated-environment training, ideally with experience working with multinational clients or enterprise teams in Asia.
