Client is seeking an experienced specialist trainer to deliver Power BI Basics training for professional staff, reporting teams, and business users across Asia. The assignment suits a commercially credible facilitator who can help clients improve digital productivity, reporting accuracy, and workplace efficiency.

The work is likely to involve practical corporate learning, facilitation, and knowledge transfer rather than purely theoretical instruction. We are prioritising trainers who can keep sessions structured, commercially relevant, and aligned with the client brief.

Delivery is expected to take place in a Remote / Virtual format, with the engagement currently framed as One-Off Assignment support.

Key Areas of Responsibility

• Refine materials where needed so the programme remains current, usable, and appropriate for the target audience.
• Adapt delivery to the client brief, participant seniority, and the sector context without losing clarity or pace.
• Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
• Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make Power BI Basics content easier to apply after the session.
• Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
• Deliver structured Power BI Basics training sessions for client teams linked to Hong Kong and wider Asia.

Preferred Background

Strong practical expertise in Power BI Basics; prior experience delivering corporate learning or facilitation engagements; hands-on capability, demonstration-led delivery, and the ability to build learner confidence through practice; able to tailor delivery for adult learners and client stakeholders.

Strong fit for consultants, trainers, or practitioners with experience in Excel, analytics, reporting, Microsoft 365, or digital productivity programmes and a track record of supporting professional capability-building initiatives.

• Comfort operating in Remote / Virtual settings and handling the logistical realities of live corporate delivery.
• A professional background that supports credibility with enterprise, multinational, or client-facing training audiences.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills, including the ability to explain complex material in a clear and applied way.
