We are seeking a delivery-ready Capability Building Specialist with proven SOP Development capability for assignments connected to Taichung, Taiwan, and broader Asia.

Role Overview

The work is likely to involve practical corporate learning, facilitation, and knowledge transfer rather than purely theoretical instruction. We are prioritising trainers who can keep sessions structured, commercially relevant, and aligned with the client brief.

This opportunity is targeted at a strong specialist trainer with proven SOP Development expertise and experience supporting operations teams, project stakeholders, and process owners in Taichung, Taiwan, and across Asia. The brief focuses on practical delivery, stakeholder alignment, and high-quality learner engagement.

What You Will Support

Delivery is expected to take place in a In-Person format, with the engagement currently framed as Short Series support.

• Deliver structured SOP Development training sessions for client teams linked to Taichung and wider Asia.
• Maintain strong session control, learner engagement, and professional delivery standards across preparation and live facilitation.
• Coordinate effectively with client stakeholders and internal contacts on objectives, timelines, and expected learner outcomes.
• Translate complex ideas into practical guidance, examples, and decision-making frameworks that participants can use in the workplace.
• Support participants with examples, clarifications, and implementation guidance that reduce the gap between theory and day-to-day application.
• Refine materials where needed so the programme remains current, usable, and appropriate for the target audience.

What We Are Looking For

Demonstrable expertise in SOP Development; confidence running workshops, training, or advisory sessions for corporate audiences; strong operational credibility, structured thinking, and the ability to link process content to workplace execution; comfortable working in in-person environments.

• Comfort operating in In-Person settings and handling the logistical realities of live corporate delivery.
• A professional background that supports credibility with enterprise, multinational, or client-facing training audiences.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills, including the ability to explain complex material in a clear and applied way.
• Confidence working with client stakeholders and adjusting delivery to different business contexts, sectors, and learner groups.

Ideal candidates will have worked across operations improvement, project delivery, procurement, quality, or supply chain capability building, with the credibility to engage client stakeholders and deliver practical learning outcomes for business audiences.
