We are seeking a delivery-ready Regional Training Consultant with proven Executive Presence capability for assignments connected to Chattogram, Bangladesh, and broader Asia.

Role Overview

We expect this work to suit trainers who are organised, responsive, and comfortable shaping delivery around business context, participant maturity, and operational realities.

This scheduled role is suited to a delivery-focused consultant with hands-on Executive Presence credibility and experience working with senior managers, leadership teams, and transformation stakeholders in Chattogram, Bangladesh, and across Asia. The work centres on practical application, learner confidence, and helping clients support senior decision-making, transformation, and strategic leadership capability.

What You Will Support

From an operational perspective, the assignment is best viewed as Consulting work delivered primarily in a In-Person environment.

• Refine materials where needed so the programme remains current, usable, and appropriate for the target audience.
• Adapt delivery to the client brief, participant seniority, and the sector context without losing clarity or pace.
• Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
• Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make Executive Presence content easier to apply after the session.
• Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
• Deliver structured Executive Presence training sessions for client teams linked to Chattogram and wider Asia.

What We Are Looking For

Clear subject-matter credibility in Executive Presence; prior exposure to multinational or enterprise audiences; senior-level credibility, strategic judgment, and the ability to facilitate thoughtful discussion with experienced professionals; confident supporting learners with practical examples, tools, and Q&A.

• Comfort operating in In-Person settings and handling the logistical realities of live corporate delivery.
• A professional background that supports credibility with enterprise, multinational, or client-facing training audiences.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills, including the ability to explain complex material in a clear and applied way.
• Confidence working with client stakeholders and adjusting delivery to different business contexts, sectors, and learner groups.

Best suited to professionals with backgrounds in strategy, transformation, executive capability, or senior leadership advisory work, ideally with experience working with multinational clients or enterprise teams in Asia.
