Chennai-Based Client-Facing Trainer – Quality Awareness

This role supports the growth of our Quality Awareness trainer pool and would suit a credible Client-Facing Trainer available for assignments associated with Chennai.

Role Overview

We are building our pool of trusted trainers for Quality Awareness assignments across Asia. The role would suit a practitioner who can tailor content to client context, learner level, and business objectives while helping clients improve process discipline, service reliability, and operational performance.

The assignment requires a trainer who can structure material clearly, manage professional audiences confidently, and adapt delivery to different sectors, teams, and levels of experience.

The current requirement points to Hybrid delivery and should suit someone comfortable supporting One-Off Assignment projects.

What You Will Support

  • Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
  • Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make Quality Awareness content easier to apply after the session.
  • Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
  • Deliver structured Quality Awareness training sessions for client teams linked to Chennai and wider Asia.
  • Maintain strong session control, learner engagement, and professional delivery standards across preparation and live facilitation.
  • Coordinate effectively with client stakeholders and internal contacts on objectives, timelines, and expected learner outcomes.

What We Are Looking For

Hands-on credibility in Quality Awareness; experience facilitating learning for business teams; strong operational credibility, structured thinking, and the ability to link process content to workplace execution; able to adapt delivery style, examples, and exercises to different participant groups.

A good fit for independent trainers, consultants, or internal capability specialists whose background includes operations improvement, project delivery, procurement, quality, or supply chain capability building in corporate or enterprise environments.

  • Previous experience delivering training, workshops, facilitation, coaching, or advisory work for professional audiences.
  • Proven subject-matter credibility in Quality Awareness with evidence of practical business or corporate application.
  • Availability for project-based work linked to Chennai, India, and wider Asia where relevant.
