Opportunity Overview

An upcoming client brief requires a capable consultant who can lead Stakeholder Management learning engagements for senior managers, leadership teams, and transformation stakeholders in Chennai, India, and across Asia. Success in the role depends on practical facilitation, business relevance, and the ability to help clients support senior decision-making, transformation, and strategic leadership capability.

Assignments may range from focused workshops to short capability programmes, depending on the client scope, learner profile, and delivery context. The strongest candidates will be able to adapt content without losing clarity or commercial relevance.

From an operational perspective, the assignment is best viewed as Consulting work delivered primarily in a Hybrid environment.

Key Areas of Responsibility

  • Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
  • Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make Stakeholder Management content easier to apply after the session.
  • Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
  • Deliver structured Stakeholder Management training sessions for client teams linked to Chennai and wider Asia.
  • Maintain strong session control, learner engagement, and professional delivery standards across preparation and live facilitation.
  • Coordinate effectively with client stakeholders and internal contacts on objectives, timelines, and expected learner outcomes.

Preferred Background

Relevant practitioner-level experience in Stakeholder Management; strong facilitation and stakeholder communication; senior-level credibility, strategic judgment, and the ability to facilitate thoughtful discussion with experienced professionals; able to structure sessions that balance concept, discussion, and application.

Preferred candidates will bring exposure to strategy, transformation, executive capability, or senior leadership advisory work, along with experience working with managers, professional learners, or client-facing business teams.

  • Confidence working with client stakeholders and adjusting delivery to different business contexts, sectors, and learner groups.
  • Previous experience delivering training, workshops, facilitation, coaching, or advisory work for professional audiences.
  • Proven subject-matter credibility in Stakeholder Management with evidence of practical business or corporate application.
