Client is seeking an experienced consultant to deliver Talent Acquisition training for HR teams, managers, and leadership populations in Chongqing, China, and across Asia. The assignment suits a commercially credible facilitator who can help clients develop people capability, talent practices, and manager effectiveness.
What You Will Support
From an operational perspective, the assignment is best viewed as Multi-Session Programme work delivered primarily in a In-Person environment.
- Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
- Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make Talent Acquisition content easier to apply after the session.
- Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
- Deliver structured Talent Acquisition training sessions for client teams linked to Chongqing and wider Asia.
- Maintain strong session control, learner engagement, and professional delivery standards across preparation and live facilitation.
- Coordinate effectively with client stakeholders and internal contacts on objectives, timelines, and expected learner outcomes.
What We Are Looking For
Strong practical expertise in Talent Acquisition; prior experience delivering corporate learning or facilitation engagements; strong consulting judgment, facilitation skill, and the ability to connect people topics to business outcomes; able to tailor delivery for adult learners and client stakeholders.
