Client is seeking an experienced specialist trainer to deliver Workflow Improvement training for operations teams, project stakeholders, and process owners across Asia. The assignment suits a commercially credible facilitator who can help clients improve process discipline, service reliability, and operational performance.

What You Will Support

From an operational perspective, the assignment is best viewed as One-Off Assignment work delivered primarily in a Hybrid environment.

• Support participants with examples, clarifications, and implementation guidance that reduce the gap between theory and day-to-day application.
• Refine materials where needed so the programme remains current, usable, and appropriate for the target audience.
• Adapt delivery to the client brief, participant seniority, and the sector context without losing clarity or pace.
• Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
• Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make Workflow Improvement content easier to apply after the session.
• Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.

What We Are Looking For

Strong practical expertise in Workflow Improvement; prior experience delivering corporate learning or facilitation engagements; strong operational credibility, structured thinking, and the ability to link process content to workplace execution; able to tailor delivery for adult learners and client stakeholders.

• Comfort operating in Hybrid settings and handling the logistical realities of live corporate delivery.
• A professional background that supports credibility with enterprise, multinational, or client-facing training audiences.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills, including the ability to explain complex material in a clear and applied way.
• Confidence working with client stakeholders and adjusting delivery to different business contexts, sectors, and learner groups.
