Ultimahub is expanding its trainer network for Business Communication and is looking for a credible Client-Facing Trainer who can support assignments linked to Johor Bahru and wider regional demand.

This scheduled role is suited to a delivery-focused trainer with hands-on Business Communication credibility and experience working with managers, team leads, and client-facing professionals in Johor Bahru, Malaysia, and across Asia. The work centres on practical application, learner confidence, and helping clients improve communication quality, influence, and stakeholder alignment in the workplace.

Core Responsibilities

  • Adapt delivery to the client brief, participant seniority, and the sector context without losing clarity or pace.
  • Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.

Candidate Background

Clear subject-matter credibility in Business Communication; prior exposure to multinational or enterprise audiences; excellent facilitation, coaching instincts, and the ability to use examples, role-play, and feedback effectively; confident supporting learners with practical examples, tools, and Q&A.

Best suited to professionals with backgrounds in business communication, presentation, facilitation, or stakeholder management programmes, ideally with experience working with multinational clients or enterprise teams in Asia.

  • Confidence working with client stakeholders and adjusting delivery to different business contexts, sectors, and learner groups.
  • Previous experience delivering training, workshops, facilitation, coaching, or advisory work for professional audiences.
  • Proven subject-matter credibility in Business Communication with evidence of practical business or corporate application.
