Position Summary

Client is seeking an experienced trainer to deliver DevOps & Infrastructure training for technical teams, business stakeholders, and project users in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, and across Asia. The assignment suits a commercially credible facilitator who can help clients support technical enablement, systems confidence, and cross-functional adoption.

The requirement is centred on delivery quality, participant engagement, and the ability to align learning interventions with organisational priorities. Client-facing credibility will matter throughout the engagement.

Delivery is expected to take place in a Hybrid format, with the engagement currently framed as Multi-Session Programme support.

What Success Looks Like

• Deliver structured DevOps & Infrastructure training sessions for client teams linked to Ulaanbaatar and wider Asia.
• Maintain strong session control, learner engagement, and professional delivery standards across preparation and live facilitation.
• Coordinate effectively with client stakeholders and internal contacts on objectives, timelines, and expected learner outcomes.
• Translate complex ideas into practical guidance, examples, and decision-making frameworks that participants can use in the workplace.
• Support participants with examples, clarifications, and implementation guidance that reduce the gap between theory and day-to-day application.
• Refine materials where needed so the programme remains current, usable, and appropriate for the target audience.
