Client-Facing Trainer for Business Etiquette & Professionalism – Davao

This brief is aimed at an experienced Client-Facing Trainer with real depth in Business Etiquette & Professionalism and the ability to support client-facing delivery linked to Davao.

Role Overview

This scheduled role is suited to a delivery-focused trainer with hands-on Business Etiquette & Professionalism credibility and experience working with corporate teams, individual contributors, and managers across Asia. The work centres on practical application, learner confidence, and helping clients strengthen professional effectiveness, collaboration, and day-to-day judgment.

The assignment requires a trainer who can structure material clearly, manage professional audiences confidently, and adapt delivery to different sectors, teams, and levels of experience.

From an operational perspective, the assignment is best viewed as Multi-Session Programme work delivered primarily in a Hybrid environment.

What You Will Support

  • Coordinate effectively with client stakeholders and internal contacts on objectives, timelines, and expected learner outcomes.
  • Translate complex ideas into practical guidance, examples, and decision-making frameworks that participants can use in the workplace.
  • Support participants with examples, clarifications, and implementation guidance that reduce the gap between theory and day-to-day application.
  • Refine materials where needed so the programme remains current, usable, and appropriate for the target audience.
  • Adapt delivery to the client brief, participant seniority, and the sector context without losing clarity or pace.
  • Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.

What We Are Looking For

Clear subject-matter credibility in Business Etiquette & Professionalism; prior exposure to multinational or enterprise audiences; strong facilitation, practical examples, and the ability to move from concept to workplace application; confident supporting learners with practical examples, tools, and Q&A.

Best suited to professionals with backgrounds in professional skills, problem solving, emotional intelligence, or workplace effectiveness programmes, ideally with experience working with multinational clients or enterprise teams in Asia.

  • Previous experience delivering training, workshops, facilitation, coaching, or advisory work for professional audiences.
  • Proven subject-matter credibility in Business Etiquette & Professionalism with evidence of practical business or corporate application.
  • Availability for project-based work linked to Davao, Philippines, and wider Asia where relevant.
