Client-Facing Trainer (Makassar) – Cross-Cultural Leadership

This role supports the growth of our Cross-Cultural Leadership trainer pool and would suit a credible Client-Facing Trainer available for assignments associated with Makassar.

Delivery Scope

Delivery is expected to take place in a Hybrid format, with the engagement currently framed as Multi-Session Programme support.

  • Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make Cross-Cultural Leadership content easier to apply after the session.
  • Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.

Candidate Profile

Hands-on credibility in Cross-Cultural Leadership; experience facilitating learning for business teams; credible management experience, facilitation maturity, and strong behavioural coaching capability; able to adapt delivery style, examples, and exercises to different participant groups.

  • Availability for project-based work linked to Makassar, Indonesia, and wider Asia where relevant.
  • Good judgement around pacing, audience engagement, and the balance between technical depth and usability.
  • Comfort operating in Hybrid settings and handling the logistical realities of live corporate delivery.
  • A professional background that supports credibility with enterprise, multinational, or client-facing training audiences.
