• Adapt delivery to the client brief, participant seniority, and the sector context without losing clarity or pace.
• Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
• Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make Procurement Basics content easier to apply after the session.

What We Are Looking For

• Availability for project-based work linked to Kochi, India, and wider Asia where relevant.
• Good judgement around pacing, audience engagement, and the balance between technical depth and usability.
• Comfort operating in Remote / Virtual settings and handling the logistical realities of live corporate delivery.
• A professional background that supports credibility with enterprise, multinational, or client-facing training audiences.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills, including the ability to explain complex material in a clear and applied way.

Demonstrable expertise in Procurement Basics; confidence running workshops, training, or advisory sessions for corporate audiences; strong operational credibility, structured thinking, and the ability to link process content to workplace execution; comfortable working in remote / virtual environments.
