Position Summary

This scheduled role is suited to a delivery-focused trainer with hands-on Public Speaking credibility and experience working with managers, team leads, and client-facing professionals across Asia. The work centres on practical application, learner confidence, and helping clients improve communication quality, influence, and stakeholder alignment in the workplace.

What Success Looks Like

Delivery is expected to take place in a In-Person format, with the engagement currently framed as Short Series support.

• Adapt delivery to the client brief, participant seniority, and the sector context without losing clarity or pace.
• Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
• Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make Public Speaking content easier to apply after the session.
• Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
• Deliver structured Public Speaking training sessions for client teams linked to Riyadh and wider Asia.
• Maintain strong session control, learner engagement, and professional delivery standards across preparation and live facilitation.
