We are interested in hearing from experienced Regional Training Consultant professionals who can deliver Conflict Management training for organisations operating in and around Busan.

Role Overview

This scheduled role is suited to a delivery-focused consultant with hands-on Conflict Management credibility and experience working with managers, team leads, and client-facing professionals across Asia. The work centres on practical application, learner confidence, and helping clients improve communication quality, influence, and stakeholder alignment in the workplace.

The role is intended for trainers who can move comfortably between subject expertise, stakeholder discussion, and practical learner application. Sessions should remain relevant to real workplace use rather than abstract theory.

Delivery is expected to take place in a Hybrid format, with the engagement currently framed as Consulting support.

What You Will Support

• Coordinate effectively with client stakeholders and internal contacts on objectives, timelines, and expected learner outcomes.
• Translate complex ideas into practical guidance, examples, and decision-making frameworks that participants can use in the workplace.
• Support participants with examples, clarifications, and implementation guidance that reduce the gap between theory and day-to-day application.
• Refine materials where needed so the programme remains current, usable, and appropriate for the target audience.
• Adapt delivery to the client brief, participant seniority, and the sector context without losing clarity or pace.
• Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.

What We Are Looking For

Clear subject-matter credibility in Conflict Management; prior exposure to multinational or enterprise audiences; excellent facilitation, coaching instincts, and the ability to use examples, role-play, and feedback effectively; confident supporting learners with practical examples, tools, and Q&A.

Best suited to professionals with backgrounds in business communication, presentation, facilitation, or stakeholder management programmes, ideally with experience working with multinational clients or enterprise teams in Asia.

• Proven subject-matter credibility in Conflict Management with evidence of practical business or corporate application.
• Availability for project-based work linked to Busan, South Korea, and wider Asia where relevant.
• Good judgement around pacing, audience engagement, and the balance between technical depth and usability.
