Conflict Management Subject Matter Trainer – Kunming

Ultimahub is expanding its trainer network for Conflict Management and is looking for a credible Subject Matter Trainer who can support assignments linked to Kunming and wider regional demand.

Assignment Overview

The role is intended for trainers who can move comfortably between subject expertise, stakeholder discussion, and practical learner application. Sessions should remain relevant to real workplace use rather than abstract theory.

Client is seeking an experienced trainer to deliver Conflict Management training for managers, team leads, and client-facing professionals in Kunming, China, and across Asia. The assignment suits a commercially credible facilitator who can help clients improve communication quality, influence, and stakeholder alignment in the workplace.

Delivery Scope

Delivery is expected to take place in a In-Person format, with the engagement currently framed as Short Series support.

  • Maintain strong session control, learner engagement, and professional delivery standards across preparation and live facilitation.
  • Coordinate effectively with client stakeholders and internal contacts on objectives, timelines, and expected learner outcomes.
  • Translate complex ideas into practical guidance, examples, and decision-making frameworks that participants can use in the workplace.
  • Support participants with examples, clarifications, and implementation guidance that reduce the gap between theory and day-to-day application.
  • Refine materials where needed so the programme remains current, usable, and appropriate for the target audience.
  • Adapt delivery to the client brief, participant seniority, and the sector context without losing clarity or pace.

Candidate Profile

Strong practical expertise in Conflict Management; prior experience delivering corporate learning or facilitation engagements; excellent facilitation, coaching instincts, and the ability to use examples, role-play, and feedback effectively; able to tailor delivery for adult learners and client stakeholders.

  • Previous experience delivering training, workshops, facilitation, coaching, or advisory work for professional audiences.
  • Proven subject-matter credibility in Conflict Management with evidence of practical business or corporate application.
  • Availability for project-based work linked to Kunming, China, and wider Asia where relevant.
  • Good judgement around pacing, audience engagement, and the balance between technical depth and usability.

Strong fit for consultants, trainers, or practitioners with experience in business communication, presentation, facilitation, or stakeholder management programmes and a track record of supporting professional capability-building initiatives.
