We are seeking a delivery-ready Contract Training Facilitator with proven Managing Hybrid Teams capability for assignments connected to Chattogram, Bangladesh, and broader Asia.
Assignment Overview
The work is likely to involve practical corporate learning, facilitation, and knowledge transfer rather than purely theoretical instruction. We are prioritising trainers who can keep sessions structured, commercially relevant, and aligned with the client brief.
An upcoming client brief requires a capable facilitator who can lead Managing Hybrid Teams learning engagements for people managers, supervisors, and team leads in Chattogram, Bangladesh, and across Asia. Success in the role depends on practical facilitation, business relevance, and the ability to help clients build stronger people managers and more effective team leadership.
Delivery Scope
From an operational perspective, the assignment is best viewed as Multi-Session Programme work delivered primarily in a In-Person environment.
- Support participants with examples, clarifications, and implementation guidance that reduce the gap between theory and day-to-day application.
- Refine materials where needed so the programme remains current, usable, and appropriate for the target audience.
- Adapt delivery to the client brief, participant seniority, and the sector context without losing clarity or pace.
- Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
- Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make Managing Hybrid Teams content easier to apply after the session.
- Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
Candidate Profile
Relevant practitioner-level experience in Managing Hybrid Teams; strong facilitation and stakeholder communication; credible management experience, facilitation maturity, and strong behavioural coaching capability; able to structure sessions that balance concept, discussion, and application.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills, including the ability to explain complex material in a clear and applied way.
- Confidence working with client stakeholders and adjusting delivery to different business contexts, sectors, and learner groups.
- Previous experience delivering training, workshops, facilitation, coaching, or advisory work for professional audiences.
- Proven subject-matter credibility in Managing Hybrid Teams with evidence of practical business or corporate application.
Preferred candidates will bring exposure to people management, manager capability, team leadership, or change leadership, along with experience working with managers, professional learners, or client-facing business teams.
