We are interested in hearing from experienced Contract Training Facilitator professionals who can deliver Cross-Cultural Leadership training for organisations operating in and around Bangkok.
Assignment Overview
Client is seeking an experienced facilitator to deliver Cross-Cultural Leadership training for people managers, supervisors, and team leads across Asia. The assignment suits a commercially credible facilitator who can help clients build stronger people managers and more effective team leadership.

From an operational perspective, the assignment is best viewed as Short Series work delivered primarily in a Remote / Virtual environment.
Delivery Scope
- Deliver structured Cross-Cultural Leadership training sessions for client teams linked to Bangkok and wider Asia.
- Maintain strong session control, learner engagement, and professional delivery standards across preparation and live facilitation.
- Coordinate effectively with client stakeholders and internal contacts on objectives, timelines, and expected learner outcomes.
- Translate complex ideas into practical guidance, examples, and decision-making frameworks that participants can use in the workplace.
- Support participants with examples, clarifications, and implementation guidance that reduce the gap between theory and day-to-day application.
- Refine materials where needed so the programme remains current, usable, and appropriate for the target audience.
Candidate Profile
Strong practical expertise in Cross-Cultural Leadership; prior experience delivering corporate learning or facilitation engagements; credible management experience, facilitation maturity, and strong behavioural coaching capability; able to tailor delivery for adult learners and client stakeholders.
Strong fit for consultants, trainers, or practitioners with experience in people management, manager capability, team leadership, or change leadership and a track record of supporting professional capability-building initiatives.
- Proven subject-matter credibility in Cross-Cultural Leadership with evidence of practical business or corporate application.
- Availability for project-based work linked to Bangkok, Thailand, and wider Asia where relevant.
- Good judgement around pacing, audience engagement, and the balance between technical depth and usability.
