Ultimahub is expanding its trainer network for Talent Acquisition and is looking for a credible Contract Training Facilitator who can support assignments linked to Tashkent and wider regional demand.

Role Overview

Client is seeking an experienced facilitator to deliver Talent Acquisition training for HR teams, managers, and leadership populations in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, and across Asia. The assignment suits a commercially credible facilitator who can help clients develop people capability, talent practices, and manager effectiveness.

This opportunity is best suited to practitioners who can deliver credible learning interventions while maintaining pace, clarity, and client trust across live sessions and preparation stages.

What You Will Support

• Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
• Deliver structured Talent Acquisition training sessions for client teams linked to Tashkent and wider Asia.
• Maintain strong session control, learner engagement, and professional delivery standards across preparation and live facilitation.
• Coordinate effectively with client stakeholders and internal contacts on objectives, timelines, and expected learner outcomes.
• Translate complex ideas into practical guidance, examples, and decision-making frameworks that participants can use in the workplace.

What We Are Looking For

• Good judgement around pacing, audience engagement, and the balance between technical depth and usability.
• Comfort operating in In-Person settings and handling the logistical realities of live corporate delivery.
• A professional background that supports credibility with enterprise, multinational, or client-facing training audiences.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills, including the ability to explain complex material in a clear and applied way.
• Confidence working with client stakeholders and adjusting delivery to different business contexts, sectors, and learner groups.

Strong practical expertise in Talent Acquisition; prior experience delivering corporate learning or facilitation engagements; strong consulting judgment, facilitation skill, and the ability to connect people topics to business outcomes; able to tailor delivery for adult learners and client stakeholders.

Strong fit for consultants, trainers, or practitioners with experience in HR, talent management, leadership development, learning and development, or organisation development and a track record of supporting professional capability-building initiatives.
