Ultimahub is expanding its trainer network for Lean Awareness and is looking for a credible Contract Training Facilitator who can support assignments linked to Ahmedabad and wider regional demand.

Position Summary

The role is intended for trainers who can move comfortably between subject expertise, stakeholder discussion, and practical learner application. Sessions should remain relevant to real workplace use rather than abstract theory.

We are building our pool of trusted facilitators for Lean Awareness assignments across Asia. The role would suit a practitioner who can tailor content to client context, learner level, and business objectives while helping clients improve process discipline, service reliability, and operational performance.

What Success Looks Like

The current requirement points to In-Person delivery and should suit someone comfortable supporting Multi-Session Programme projects.

• Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
• Deliver structured Lean Awareness training sessions for client teams linked to Ahmedabad and wider Asia.
• Maintain strong session control, learner engagement, and professional delivery standards across preparation and live facilitation.
• Coordinate effectively with client stakeholders and internal contacts on objectives, timelines, and expected learner outcomes.
• Translate complex ideas into practical guidance, examples, and decision-making frameworks that participants can use in the workplace.
• Support participants with examples, clarifications, and implementation guidance that reduce the gap between theory and day-to-day application.

Hands-on credibility in Lean Awareness; experience facilitating learning for business teams; strong operational credibility, structured thinking, and the ability to link process content to workplace execution; able to adapt delivery style, examples, and exercises to different participant groups.

• Comfort operating in In-Person settings and handling the logistical realities of live corporate delivery.
