For upcoming Onboarding & Retention briefs, we are looking for a strong Contract Training Facilitator who can engage professional audiences linked to Seoul and surrounding markets.
Opportunity Overview
We expect this work to suit trainers who are organised, responsive, and comfortable shaping delivery around business context, participant maturity, and operational realities.
This scheduled role is suited to a delivery-focused facilitator with hands-on Onboarding & Retention credibility and experience working with HR teams, managers, and leadership populations in Seoul, South Korea, and across Asia. The work centres on practical application, learner confidence, and helping clients develop people capability, talent practices, and manager effectiveness.
Key Areas of Responsibility
The current requirement points to In-Person delivery and should suit someone comfortable supporting Multi-Session Programme projects.
- Refine materials where needed so the programme remains current, usable, and appropriate for the target audience.
- Adapt delivery to the client brief, participant seniority, and the sector context without losing clarity or pace.
- Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
- Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make Onboarding & Retention content easier to apply after the session.
- Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
- Deliver structured Onboarding & Retention training sessions for client teams linked to Seoul and wider Asia.
Preferred Background
Clear subject-matter credibility in Onboarding & Retention; prior exposure to multinational or enterprise audiences; strong consulting judgment, facilitation skill, and the ability to connect people topics to business outcomes; confident supporting learners with practical examples, tools, and Q&A.
- Confidence working with client stakeholders and adjusting delivery to different business contexts, sectors, and learner groups.
- Previous experience delivering training, workshops, facilitation, coaching, or advisory work for professional audiences.
- Proven subject-matter credibility in Onboarding & Retention with evidence of practical business or corporate application.
- Availability for project-based work linked to Seoul, South Korea, and wider Asia where relevant.
Best suited to professionals with backgrounds in HR, talent management, leadership development, learning and development, or organisation development, ideally with experience working with multinational clients or enterprise teams in Asia.
