Contract Training Facilitator – Procurement Basics – George Town

Ultimahub is expanding its trainer network for Procurement Basics and is looking for a credible Contract Training Facilitator who can support assignments linked to George Town and wider regional demand.

Position Summary

This opportunity is targeted at a strong facilitator with proven Procurement Basics expertise and experience supporting operations teams, project stakeholders, and process owners across Asia. The brief focuses on practical delivery, stakeholder alignment, and high-quality learner engagement.

The assignment requires a trainer who can structure material clearly, manage professional audiences confidently, and adapt delivery to different sectors, teams, and levels of experience.

Delivery is expected to take place in a In-Person format, with the engagement currently framed as Multi-Session Programme support.

What Success Looks Like

  • Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
  • Deliver structured Procurement Basics training sessions for client teams linked to George Town and wider Asia.
  • Maintain strong session control, learner engagement, and professional delivery standards across preparation and live facilitation.
  • Coordinate effectively with client stakeholders and internal contacts on objectives, timelines, and expected learner outcomes.
  • Translate complex ideas into practical guidance, examples, and decision-making frameworks that participants can use in the workplace.
  • Support participants with examples, clarifications, and implementation guidance that reduce the gap between theory and day-to-day application.

Demonstrable expertise in Procurement Basics; confidence running workshops, training, or advisory sessions for corporate audiences; strong operational credibility, structured thinking, and the ability to link process content to workplace execution; comfortable working in in-person environments.

  • Previous experience delivering training, workshops, facilitation, coaching, or advisory work for professional audiences.
