Ultimahub is expanding its trainer network for Professional Presence and is looking for a credible Contract Training Facilitator who can support assignments linked to Taoyuan and wider regional demand.

Role Overview

An upcoming client brief requires a capable facilitator who can lead Professional Presence learning engagements for corporate teams, individual contributors, and managers in Taoyuan, Taiwan, and across Asia. Success in the role depends on practical facilitation, business relevance, and the ability to help clients strengthen professional effectiveness, collaboration, and day-to-day judgment.

The work is likely to involve practical corporate learning, facilitation, and knowledge transfer rather than purely theoretical instruction. We are prioritising trainers who can keep sessions structured, commercially relevant, and aligned with the client brief.

Delivery is expected to take place in a In-Person format, with the engagement currently framed as Multi-Session Programme support.

What You Will Support

• Refine materials where needed so the programme remains current, usable, and appropriate for the target audience.
• Adapt delivery to the client brief, participant seniority, and the sector context without losing clarity or pace.
• Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
• Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make Professional Presence content easier to apply after the session.
• Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
• Deliver structured Professional Presence training sessions for client teams linked to Taoyuan and wider Asia.

What We Are Looking For

Relevant practitioner-level experience in Professional Presence; strong facilitation and stakeholder communication; strong facilitation, practical examples, and the ability to move from concept to workplace application; able to structure sessions that balance concept, discussion, and application.

Preferred candidates will bring exposure to professional skills, problem solving, emotional intelligence, or workplace effectiveness programmes, along with experience working with managers, professional learners, or client-facing business teams.

• Previous experience delivering training, workshops, facilitation, coaching, or advisory work for professional audiences.
• Proven subject-matter credibility in Professional Presence with evidence of practical business or corporate application.
• Availability for project-based work linked to Taoyuan, Taiwan, and wider Asia where relevant.
