We are seeking a delivery-ready Contract Training Facilitator with proven Learning & Development capability for assignments connected to Tashkent, Uzbekistan, and broader Asia.
Position Summary
This scheduled role is suited to a delivery-focused facilitator with hands-on Learning & Development credibility and experience working with HR teams, managers, and leadership populations in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, and across Asia. The work centres on practical application, learner confidence, and helping clients develop people capability, talent practices, and manager effectiveness.
We expect this work to suit trainers who are organised, responsive, and comfortable shaping delivery around business context, participant maturity, and operational realities.
Delivery is expected to take place in a In-Person format, with the engagement currently framed as Multi-Session Programme support.
What Success Looks Like
- Adapt delivery to the client brief, participant seniority, and the sector context without losing clarity or pace.
- Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
- Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make Learning & Development content easier to apply after the session.
- Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
- Deliver structured Learning & Development training sessions for client teams linked to Tashkent and wider Asia.
- Maintain strong session control, learner engagement, and professional delivery standards across preparation and live facilitation.
Who This Would Suit
Clear subject-matter credibility in Learning & Development; prior exposure to multinational or enterprise audiences; strong consulting judgment, facilitation skill, and the ability to connect people topics to business outcomes; confident supporting learners with practical examples, tools, and Q&A.
Best suited to professionals with backgrounds in HR, talent management, leadership development, learning and development, or organisation development, ideally with experience working with multinational clients or enterprise teams in Asia.
- Good judgement around pacing, audience engagement, and the balance between technical depth and usability.
- Comfort operating in In-Person settings and handling the logistical realities of live corporate delivery.
- A professional background that supports credibility with enterprise, multinational, or client-facing training audiences.
