Opportunity Overview
This role is designed for a practitioner who can help organisations apply AI and digital tools in a practical, commercially relevant way. The successful candidate will work across assignments requiring AI for Business expertise, sound facilitation skill, and the ability to adapt delivery to different sectors, participant levels, and commercial contexts. The ability to maintain engagement while keeping content practical and outcome-focused will be important across all assignments.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver corporate training sessions in AI for Business for business teams, managers, and transformation stakeholders in Phnom Penh and across Asia.
- Use use cases, workflows, productivity improvements, and implementation priorities to make AI for Business concepts clear, engaging, and workplace-ready.
- Translate complex ideas linked to AI for Business into structured guidance that client teams can apply with confidence.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and client contacts to align delivery with scope, timelines, and expected learner outcomes.
- Review and refine materials in line with current practice, participant feedback, and changes affecting AI for Business delivery.
- Maintain a strong balance between subject depth, learner engagement, and commercial relevance throughout delivery.
Candidate Profile
- Strong expertise in AI for Business, supported by practical experience in AI adoption, automation, digital transformation, or technology-enabled process improvement.
- Prior corporate trainer experience in professional or enterprise settings is beneficial.
- Experience supporting clients in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, or wider Asian markets would be advantageous.
- Previous experience delivering corporate training, workshops, enablement, coaching, or advisory sessions for professional audiences.
- Ability to tailor content for business teams, managers, and transformation stakeholders while maintaining commercial relevance and clarity.
- Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
