- Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
- Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make Critical Thinking & Problem Solving content easier to apply after the session.
- Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
- Deliver structured Critical Thinking & Problem Solving training sessions for client teams linked to Colombo and wider Asia.
What We Are Looking For
Demonstrable expertise in Critical Thinking & Problem Solving; confidence running workshops, training, or advisory sessions for corporate audiences; strong facilitation, practical examples, and the ability to move from concept to workplace application; comfortable working in hybrid environments.
- Confidence working with client stakeholders and adjusting delivery to different business contexts, sectors, and learner groups.
- Previous experience delivering training, workshops, facilitation, coaching, or advisory work for professional audiences.
- Proven subject-matter credibility in Critical Thinking & Problem Solving with evidence of practical business or corporate application.
- Availability for project-based work linked to Colombo, Sri Lanka, and wider Asia where relevant.
Ideal candidates will have worked across professional skills, problem solving, emotional intelligence, or workplace effectiveness programmes, with the credibility to engage client stakeholders and deliver practical learning outcomes for business audiences.
