This opportunity is targeted at a strong coach with proven CRM & Business Systems expertise and experience supporting business users, operations teams, and functional stakeholders across Asia. The brief focuses on practical delivery, stakeholder alignment, and high-quality learner engagement.

The work is likely to involve practical corporate learning, facilitation, and knowledge transfer rather than purely theoretical instruction. We are prioritising trainers who can keep sessions structured, commercially relevant, and aligned with the client brief.

The expected delivery mode for this brief is In-Person, and the role should be approached as a Coaching requirement.

• Refine materials where needed so the programme remains current, usable, and appropriate for the target audience.
• Adapt delivery to the client brief, participant seniority, and the sector context without losing clarity or pace.
• Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
• Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make CRM & Business Systems content easier to apply after the session.
• Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
• Deliver structured CRM & Business Systems training sessions for client teams linked to Da Nang and wider Asia.

Who This Would Suit

Demonstrable expertise in CRM & Business Systems; confidence running workshops, training, or advisory sessions for corporate audiences; practical systems knowledge, strong process understanding, and the ability to translate configuration or workflow into user-friendly learning; comfortable working in in-person environments.

Ideal candidates will have worked across ERP consulting, systems implementation, enterprise process training, or user enablement, with the credibility to engage client stakeholders and deliver practical learning outcomes for business audiences.

• Proven subject-matter credibility in CRM & Business Systems with evidence of practical business or corporate application.
• Availability for project-based work linked to Da Nang, Vietnam, and wider Asia where relevant.
• Good judgement around pacing, audience engagement, and the balance between technical depth and usability.
