We are seeking a delivery-ready Regional Training Consultant with proven Ethics & Integrity capability for assignments connected to Da Nang, Vietnam, and broader Asia.

Role Overview

We are building our pool of trusted consultants for Ethics & Integrity assignments across Asia. The role would suit a practitioner who can tailor content to client context, learner level, and business objectives while helping clients strengthen awareness, control discipline, and day-to-day compliance behaviour.

We expect this work to suit trainers who are organised, responsive, and comfortable shaping delivery around business context, participant maturity, and operational realities.

The expected delivery mode for this brief is In-Person, and the role should be approached as a Consulting requirement.

What You Will Support

• Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make Ethics & Integrity content easier to apply after the session.
• Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
• Deliver structured Ethics & Integrity training sessions for client teams linked to Da Nang and wider Asia.
• Maintain strong session control, learner engagement, and professional delivery standards across preparation and live facilitation.
• Coordinate effectively with client stakeholders and internal contacts on objectives, timelines, and expected learner outcomes.
• Translate complex ideas into practical guidance, examples, and decision-making frameworks that participants can use in the workplace.

What We Are Looking For

Hands-on credibility in Ethics & Integrity; experience facilitating learning for business teams; strong command of policy-driven content, risk themes, and practical behaviour-based learning design; able to adapt delivery style, examples, and exercises to different participant groups.

A good fit for independent trainers, consultants, or internal capability specialists whose background includes compliance, risk, governance, ethics, or regulated-environment training in corporate or enterprise environments.

• Confidence working with client stakeholders and adjusting delivery to different business contexts, sectors, and learner groups.
• Previous experience delivering training, workshops, facilitation, coaching, or advisory work for professional audiences.
• Proven subject-matter credibility in Ethics & Integrity with evidence of practical business or corporate application.
