We are building our pool of trusted professionals for Scenario Planning delivery and are now seeking a strong Workshop Facilitator for client needs connected to Daegu and Asia.

Position Summary

This scheduled role is suited to a delivery-focused facilitator with hands-on Scenario Planning credibility and experience working with senior managers, leadership teams, and transformation stakeholders in Daegu, South Korea, and across Asia. The work centres on practical application, learner confidence, and helping clients support senior decision-making, transformation, and strategic leadership capability.

The work is likely to involve practical corporate learning, facilitation, and knowledge transfer rather than purely theoretical instruction. We are prioritising trainers who can keep sessions structured, commercially relevant, and aligned with the client brief.

What Success Looks Like

• Adapt delivery to the client brief, participant seniority, and the sector context without losing clarity or pace.
• Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
• Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make Scenario Planning content easier to apply after the session.
• Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
• Deliver structured Scenario Planning training sessions for client teams linked to Daegu and wider Asia.

Who This Would Suit

• Confidence working with client stakeholders and adjusting delivery to different business contexts, sectors, and learner groups.
• Previous experience delivering training, workshops, facilitation, coaching, or advisory work for professional audiences.
• Proven subject-matter credibility in Scenario Planning with evidence of practical business or corporate application.
• Availability for project-based work linked to Daegu, South Korea, and wider Asia where relevant.
• Good judgement around pacing, audience engagement, and the balance between technical depth and usability.

Clear subject-matter credibility in Scenario Planning; prior exposure to multinational or enterprise audiences; senior-level credibility, strategic judgment, and the ability to facilitate thoughtful discussion with experienced professionals; confident supporting learners with practical examples, tools, and Q&A.

Best suited to professionals with backgrounds in strategy, transformation, executive capability, or senior leadership advisory work, ideally with experience working with multinational clients or enterprise teams in Asia.
