We are building our pool of trusted professionals for Cybersecurity Awareness delivery and are now seeking a strong Workshop Facilitator for client needs connected to Daegu and Asia.
Assignment Overview
The role is intended for trainers who can move comfortably between subject expertise, stakeholder discussion, and practical learner application. Sessions should remain relevant to real workplace use rather than abstract theory.
An upcoming client brief requires a capable facilitator who can lead Cybersecurity Awareness learning engagements for technical teams, business stakeholders, and project users across Asia. Success in the role depends on practical facilitation, business relevance, and the ability to help clients support technical enablement, systems confidence, and cross-functional adoption.
Delivery Scope
The current requirement points to Hybrid delivery and should suit someone comfortable supporting Short Series projects.
- Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make Cybersecurity Awareness content easier to apply after the session.
- Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
- Deliver structured Cybersecurity Awareness training sessions for client teams linked to Daegu and wider Asia.
- Maintain strong session control, learner engagement, and professional delivery standards across preparation and live facilitation.
- Coordinate effectively with client stakeholders and internal contacts on objectives, timelines, and expected learner outcomes.
- Translate complex ideas into practical guidance, examples, and decision-making frameworks that participants can use in the workplace.
Candidate Profile
Relevant practitioner-level experience in Cybersecurity Awareness; strong facilitation and stakeholder communication; strong technical credibility, the ability to simplify complex concepts, and confidence working with mixed audiences; able to structure sessions that balance concept, discussion, and application.
- Good judgement around pacing, audience engagement, and the balance between technical depth and usability.
- Comfort operating in Hybrid settings and handling the logistical realities of live corporate delivery.
- A professional background that supports credibility with enterprise, multinational, or client-facing training audiences.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills, including the ability to explain complex material in a clear and applied way.
Preferred candidates will bring exposure to cloud, infrastructure, cybersecurity, or enterprise technology training, along with experience working with managers, professional learners, or client-facing business teams.
