Client is seeking an experienced instructor to deliver Public Speaking training for managers, team leads, and client-facing professionals across Asia. The assignment suits a commercially credible facilitator who can help clients improve communication quality, influence, and stakeholder alignment in the workplace.

The work is likely to involve practical corporate learning, facilitation, and knowledge transfer rather than purely theoretical instruction. We are prioritising trainers who can keep sessions structured, commercially relevant, and aligned with the client brief.

Key Areas of Responsibility

• Coordinate effectively with client stakeholders and internal contacts on objectives, timelines, and expected learner outcomes.
• Translate complex ideas into practical guidance, examples, and decision-making frameworks that participants can use in the workplace.
• Support participants with examples, clarifications, and implementation guidance that reduce the gap between theory and day-to-day application.
• Refine materials where needed so the programme remains current, usable, and appropriate for the target audience.
• Adapt delivery to the client brief, participant seniority, and the sector context without losing clarity or pace.

Preferred Background

• Strong communication and facilitation skills, including the ability to explain complex material in a clear and applied way.
• Confidence working with client stakeholders and adjusting delivery to different business contexts, sectors, and learner groups.
• Previous experience delivering training, workshops, facilitation, coaching, or advisory work for professional audiences.
• Proven subject-matter credibility in Public Speaking with evidence of practical business or corporate application.
• Availability for project-based work linked to Daegu, South Korea, and wider Asia where relevant.

Strong practical expertise in Public Speaking; prior experience delivering corporate learning or facilitation engagements; excellent facilitation, coaching instincts, and the ability to use examples, role-play, and feedback effectively; able to tailor delivery for adult learners and client stakeholders.

Strong fit for consultants, trainers, or practitioners with experience in business communication, presentation, facilitation, or stakeholder management programmes and a track record of supporting professional capability-building initiatives.
