Data & Reporting Learning & Development Consultant – Amman

Client demand in Data & Reporting continues to develop, and we are adding capable Learning & Development Consultant profiles for work tied to Amman and regional corporate teams.

Role Overview

The role is intended for trainers who can move comfortably between subject expertise, stakeholder discussion, and practical learner application. Sessions should remain relevant to real workplace use rather than abstract theory.

This scheduled role is suited to a delivery-focused consultant with hands-on Data & Reporting credibility and experience working with professional staff, reporting teams, and business users across Asia. The work centres on practical application, learner confidence, and helping clients improve digital productivity, reporting accuracy, and workplace efficiency.

What You Will Support

The expected delivery mode for this brief is Hybrid, and the role should be approached as a Consulting requirement.

  • Refine materials where needed so the programme remains current, usable, and appropriate for the target audience.
  • Adapt delivery to the client brief, participant seniority, and the sector context without losing clarity or pace.
  • Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
  • Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make Data & Reporting content easier to apply after the session.
  • Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
  • Deliver structured Data & Reporting training sessions for client teams linked to Amman and wider Asia.

What We Are Looking For

Clear subject-matter credibility in Data & Reporting; prior exposure to multinational or enterprise audiences; hands-on capability, demonstration-led delivery, and the ability to build learner confidence through practice; confident supporting learners with practical examples, tools, and Q&A.

  • A professional background that supports credibility with enterprise, multinational, or client-facing training audiences.
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills, including the ability to explain complex material in a clear and applied way.
  • Confidence working with client stakeholders and adjusting delivery to different business contexts, sectors, and learner groups.
  • Previous experience delivering training, workshops, facilitation, coaching, or advisory work for professional audiences.

Best suited to professionals with backgrounds in Excel, analytics, reporting, Microsoft 365, or digital productivity programmes, ideally with experience working with multinational clients or enterprise teams in Asia.
