DEI & Culture In-House Trainer – Doha

For upcoming DEI & Culture briefs, we are looking for a strong In-House Trainer who can engage professional audiences linked to Doha and surrounding markets.

Assignment Overview

We are building our pool of trusted trainers for DEI & Culture assignments across Asia. The role would suit a practitioner who can tailor content to client context, learner level, and business objectives while helping clients develop people capability, talent practices, and manager effectiveness.

This brief is designed for professionals who can balance subject-matter depth with applied facilitation. Strong judgement, audience awareness, and the ability to keep training outcome-focused will be important.

The expected delivery mode for this brief is In-Person, and the role should be approached as a Short Series requirement.

Delivery Scope

  • Deliver structured DEI & Culture training sessions for client teams linked to Doha and wider Asia.
  • Maintain strong session control, learner engagement, and professional delivery standards across preparation and live facilitation.
  • Coordinate effectively with client stakeholders and internal contacts on objectives, timelines, and expected learner outcomes.
  • Translate complex ideas into practical guidance, examples, and decision-making frameworks that participants can use in the workplace.
  • Support participants with examples, clarifications, and implementation guidance that reduce the gap between theory and day-to-day application.
  • Refine materials where needed so the programme remains current, usable, and appropriate for the target audience.

Candidate Profile

Hands-on credibility in DEI & Culture; experience facilitating learning for business teams; strong consulting judgment, facilitation skill, and the ability to connect people topics to business outcomes; able to adapt delivery style, examples, and exercises to different participant groups.

A good fit for independent trainers, consultants, or internal capability specialists whose background includes HR, talent management, leadership development, learning and development, or organisation development in corporate or enterprise environments.

  • Strong communication and facilitation skills, including the ability to explain complex material in a clear and applied way.
  • Confidence working with client stakeholders and adjusting delivery to different business contexts, sectors, and learner groups.
  • Previous experience delivering training, workshops, facilitation, coaching, or advisory work for professional audiences.
