Delegation & Accountability APAC Training Advisor – Wuhan

We are interested in hearing from experienced APAC Training Advisor professionals who can deliver Delegation & Accountability training for organisations operating in and around Wuhan.

Assignment Overview

This scheduled role is suited to a delivery-focused advisor with hands-on Delegation & Accountability credibility and experience working with people managers, supervisors, and team leads in Wuhan, China, and across Asia. The work centres on practical application, learner confidence, and helping clients build stronger people managers and more effective team leadership.

The work is likely to involve practical corporate learning, facilitation, and knowledge transfer rather than purely theoretical instruction. We are prioritising trainers who can keep sessions structured, commercially relevant, and aligned with the client brief.

From an operational perspective, the assignment is best viewed as Multi-Session Programme work delivered primarily in a In-Person environment.

Delivery Scope

  • Adapt delivery to the client brief, participant seniority, and the sector context without losing clarity or pace.
  • Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
  • Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make Delegation & Accountability content easier to apply after the session.
  • Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
  • Deliver structured Delegation & Accountability training sessions for client teams linked to Wuhan and wider Asia.
  • Maintain strong session control, learner engagement, and professional delivery standards across preparation and live facilitation.

Candidate Profile

Clear subject-matter credibility in Delegation & Accountability; prior exposure to multinational or enterprise audiences; credible management experience, facilitation maturity, and strong behavioural coaching capability; confident supporting learners with practical examples, tools, and Q&A.

Best suited to professionals with backgrounds in people management, manager capability, team leadership, or change leadership, ideally with experience working with multinational clients or enterprise teams in Asia.

  • Proven subject-matter credibility in Delegation & Accountability with evidence of practical business or corporate application.
  • Availability for project-based work linked to Wuhan, China, and wider Asia where relevant.
  • Good judgement around pacing, audience engagement, and the balance between technical depth and usability.
