Brief Overview

We are building our pool of trusted facilitators for Difficult Conversations assignments across Asia. The role would suit a practitioner who can tailor content to client context, learner level, and business objectives while helping clients improve communication quality, influence, and stakeholder alignment in the workplace.

  • Previous experience delivering training, workshops, facilitation, coaching, or advisory work for professional audiences.

Hands-on credibility in Difficult Conversations; experience facilitating learning for business teams; excellent facilitation, coaching instincts, and the ability to use examples, role-play, and feedback effectively; able to adapt delivery style, examples, and exercises to different participant groups.
