Assignment Overview

We are building our pool of trusted consultants for Digital Innovation assignments across Asia. The role would suit a practitioner who can tailor content to client context, learner level, and business objectives while helping clients translate emerging AI capability into practical business use and team-level adoption.

The role is intended for trainers who can move comfortably between subject expertise, stakeholder discussion, and practical learner application. Sessions should remain relevant to real workplace use rather than abstract theory.

The current requirement points to Hybrid delivery and should suit someone comfortable supporting Consulting projects.

Delivery Scope

Candidate Profile

Hands-on credibility in Digital Innovation; experience facilitating learning for business teams; commercial understanding of AI tools, business application scenarios, and safe adoption practices; able to adapt delivery style, examples, and exercises to different participant groups.

A good fit for independent trainers, consultants, or internal capability specialists whose background includes AI adoption, automation, digital transformation, or business technology enablement in corporate or enterprise environments.

• Previous experience delivering training, workshops, facilitation, coaching, or advisory work for professional audiences.
• Proven subject-matter credibility in Digital Innovation with evidence of practical business or corporate application.
• Availability for project-based work linked to Doha, Qatar, and wider Asia where relevant.
