This brief is aimed at an experienced APAC Training Advisor with real depth in Diversity, Equity & Inclusion and the ability to support client-facing delivery linked to Dammam.

Position Summary

We are building our pool of trusted advisors for Diversity, Equity & Inclusion assignments across Asia. The role would suit a practitioner who can tailor content to client context, learner level, and business objectives while helping clients develop people capability, talent practices, and manager effectiveness.

We expect this work to suit trainers who are organised, responsive, and comfortable shaping delivery around business context, participant maturity, and operational realities.

From an operational perspective, the assignment is best viewed as Multi-Session Programme work delivered primarily in a In-Person environment.

What Success Looks Like

• Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
• Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make Diversity, Equity & Inclusion content easier to apply after the session.
• Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
• Deliver structured Diversity, Equity & Inclusion training sessions for client teams linked to Dammam and wider Asia.
• Maintain strong session control, learner engagement, and professional delivery standards across preparation and live facilitation.
• Coordinate effectively with client stakeholders and internal contacts on objectives, timelines, and expected learner outcomes.

Who This Would Suit

Hands-on credibility in Diversity, Equity & Inclusion; experience facilitating learning for business teams; strong consulting judgment, facilitation skill, and the ability to connect people topics to business outcomes; able to adapt delivery style, examples, and exercises to different participant groups.

A good fit for independent trainers, consultants, or internal capability specialists whose background includes HR, talent management, leadership development, learning and development, or organisation development in corporate or enterprise environments.

• Comfort operating in In-Person settings and handling the logistical realities of live corporate delivery.

• Strong communication and facilitation skills, including the ability to explain complex material in a clear and applied way.
