Delivery Mode: Hybrid

Location Scope: Remote / Virtual and Asia

Experience Level: Senior

Engagement Type: Multi-Session Programme

Role Overview

We are building our pool of trusted trainers for Diversity, Equity & Inclusion assignments across Asia. The role would suit a practitioner who can tailor content to client context, learner level, and business objectives while helping clients develop people capability, talent practices, and manager effectiveness.

We expect this work to suit trainers who are organised, responsive, and comfortable shaping delivery around business context, participant maturity, and operational realities.

What You Will Support

  • Adapt delivery to the client brief, participant seniority, and the sector context without losing clarity or pace.
  • Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
  • Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make Diversity, Equity & Inclusion content easier to apply after the session.
  • Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
  • Deliver structured Diversity, Equity & Inclusion training sessions for client teams linked to Fukuoka and wider Asia.

What We Are Looking For

  • Good judgement around pacing, audience engagement, and the balance between technical depth and usability.
  • Comfort operating in Hybrid settings and handling the logistical realities of live corporate delivery.
  • A professional background that supports credibility with enterprise, multinational, or client-facing training audiences.
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills, including the ability to explain complex material in a clear and applied way.
  • Confidence working with client stakeholders and adjusting delivery to different business contexts, sectors, and learner groups.

Hands-on credibility in Diversity, Equity & Inclusion; experience facilitating learning for business teams; strong consulting judgment, facilitation skill, and the ability to connect people topics to business outcomes; able to adapt delivery style, examples, and exercises to different participant groups.

A good fit for independent trainers, consultants, or internal capability specialists whose background includes HR, talent management, leadership development, learning and development, or organisation development in corporate or enterprise environments.

Apply / Express Interest

The current requirement points to Hybrid delivery and should suit someone comfortable supporting Multi-Session Programme projects.

We welcome interest from credible trainers who can demonstrate strong Diversity, Equity & Inclusion delivery capability and a practical approach to corporate learning.
