Employee Engagement & Culture Programme Coach – Samarkand

Ultimahub is expanding its trainer network for Employee Engagement & Culture and is looking for a credible Programme Coach who can support assignments linked to Samarkand and wider regional demand.

Role Overview

The role is intended for trainers who can move comfortably between subject expertise, stakeholder discussion, and practical learner application. Sessions should remain relevant to real workplace use rather than abstract theory.

This scheduled role is suited to a delivery-focused coach with hands-on Employee Engagement & Culture credibility and experience working with HR teams, managers, and leadership populations across Asia. The work centres on practical application, learner confidence, and helping clients develop people capability, talent practices, and manager effectiveness.

What You Will Support

From an operational perspective, the assignment is best viewed as Coaching work delivered primarily in a Hybrid environment.

  • Deliver structured Employee Engagement & Culture training sessions for client teams linked to Samarkand and wider Asia.
  • Maintain strong session control, learner engagement, and professional delivery standards across preparation and live facilitation.
  • Coordinate effectively with client stakeholders and internal contacts on objectives, timelines, and expected learner outcomes.
  • Translate complex ideas into practical guidance, examples, and decision-making frameworks that participants can use in the workplace.
  • Support participants with examples, clarifications, and implementation guidance that reduce the gap between theory and day-to-day application.
  • Refine materials where needed so the programme remains current, usable, and appropriate for the target audience.

What We Are Looking For

Clear subject-matter credibility in Employee Engagement & Culture; prior exposure to multinational or enterprise audiences; strong consulting judgment, facilitation skill, and the ability to connect people topics to business outcomes; confident supporting learners with practical examples, tools, and Q&A.

  • Confidence working with client stakeholders and adjusting delivery to different business contexts, sectors, and learner groups.
  • Previous experience delivering training, workshops, facilitation, coaching, or advisory work for professional audiences.
  • Proven subject-matter credibility in Employee Engagement & Culture with evidence of practical business or corporate application.
  • Availability for project-based work linked to Samarkand, Uzbekistan, and wider Asia where relevant.

Best suited to professionals with backgrounds in HR, talent management, leadership development, learning and development, or organisation development, ideally with experience working with multinational clients or enterprise teams in Asia.
