Enterprise Trainer (Kathmandu) – Cross-Cultural Leadership

We are building our pool of trusted professionals for Cross-Cultural Leadership delivery and are now seeking a strong Enterprise Trainer for client needs connected to Kathmandu and Asia.

Role Overview

The requirement is centred on delivery quality, participant engagement, and the ability to align learning interventions with organisational priorities. Client-facing credibility will matter throughout the engagement.

We are building our pool of trusted trainers for Cross-Cultural Leadership assignments in Kathmandu, Nepal, and across Asia. The role would suit a practitioner who can tailor content to client context, learner level, and business objectives while helping clients build stronger people managers and more effective team leadership.

What You Will Support

The current requirement points to In-Person delivery and should suit someone comfortable supporting Multi-Session Programme projects.

  • Deliver structured Cross-Cultural Leadership training sessions for client teams linked to Kathmandu and wider Asia.
  • Maintain strong session control, learner engagement, and professional delivery standards across preparation and live facilitation.
  • Coordinate effectively with client stakeholders and internal contacts on objectives, timelines, and expected learner outcomes.
  • Translate complex ideas into practical guidance, examples, and decision-making frameworks that participants can use in the workplace.
  • Support participants with examples, clarifications, and implementation guidance that reduce the gap between theory and day-to-day application.
  • Refine materials where needed so the programme remains current, usable, and appropriate for the target audience.

What We Are Looking For

Hands-on credibility in Cross-Cultural Leadership; experience facilitating learning for business teams; credible management experience, facilitation maturity, and strong behavioural coaching capability; able to adapt delivery style, examples, and exercises to different participant groups.

  • A professional background that supports credibility with enterprise, multinational, or client-facing training audiences.
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills, including the ability to explain complex material in a clear and applied way.
  • Confidence working with client stakeholders and adjusting delivery to different business contexts, sectors, and learner groups.
  • Previous experience delivering training, workshops, facilitation, coaching, or advisory work for professional audiences.

A good fit for independent trainers, consultants, or internal capability specialists whose background includes people management, manager capability, team leadership, or change leadership in corporate or enterprise environments.
