Ethics & Conduct APAC Training Advisor – Shanghai

Ultimahub is expanding its trainer network for Ethics & Conduct and is looking for a credible APAC Training Advisor who can support assignments linked to Shanghai and wider regional demand.

Brief Overview

This scheduled role is suited to a delivery-focused advisor with hands-on Ethics & Conduct credibility and experience working with regulated teams, managers, and corporate employees across Asia. The work centres on practical application, learner confidence, and helping clients strengthen awareness, control discipline, and day-to-day compliance behaviour.

This opportunity is best suited to practitioners who can deliver credible learning interventions while maintaining pace, clarity, and client trust across live sessions and preparation stages.

From an operational perspective, the assignment is best viewed as Consulting work delivered primarily in a Hybrid environment.

Core Responsibilities

  • Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
  • Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make Ethics & Conduct content easier to apply after the session.
  • Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
  • Deliver structured Ethics & Conduct training sessions for client teams linked to Shanghai and wider Asia.
  • Maintain strong session control, learner engagement, and professional delivery standards across preparation and live facilitation.
  • Coordinate effectively with client stakeholders and internal contacts on objectives, timelines, and expected learner outcomes.

Candidate Background

Clear subject-matter credibility in Ethics & Conduct; prior exposure to multinational or enterprise audiences; strong command of policy-driven content, risk themes, and practical behaviour-based learning design; confident supporting learners with practical examples, tools, and Q&A.

Best suited to professionals with backgrounds in compliance, risk, governance, ethics, or regulated-environment training, ideally with experience working with multinational clients or enterprise teams in Asia.

  • Proven subject-matter credibility in Ethics & Conduct with evidence of practical business or corporate application.
  • Availability for project-based work linked to Shanghai, China, and wider Asia where relevant.
  • Good judgement around pacing, audience engagement, and the balance between technical depth and usability.
